Dr. Taleesa Peck is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Maryland & graduate of Howard University’s Clinical Psychology Doctoral program. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Taleesa completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Georgia State University and her Master's Degree in Developmental Psychology at Clayton State University.

In her clinical work, Dr. Peck focuses on providing assessments and therapeutic interventions for those from ethnically diverse and disenfranchised backgrounds. Much of her work has included children, adolescents, and families, providing the foreground for including developmental processes and psychosocial systems into her treatment. Dr. Peck also incorporates a values-based approach into her clinical work to support patients in curating the life and relationships they want.

Dr. Peck is also passionate about conducting research that encompasses the fusion between the developmental and mental concerns of Black people. The goals of her research include supporting the development of culturally responsive treatments and advocating for changes within and across various social systems to improve the condition of Black people.
